iPod touch or iPhone?

I was planning on buying an iPhone until the iPhone touch came out. I don't know if i should buy the iPhone or the iPhone touch. I want to be able to acces the internet anywhere.

Well if you're wanting to access the internet anywhere, the iPhone is the only way to go. With the new touch the only time you can go online is if you're within the range of free wireless internet. While that seems like everywhere where I live (Gainesville, Florida, a college town, home of the FLORIDA GATORS :) ) I'm sure that for a lot of people that's not the case.

I live in gainesville also go gators. Is the iPhone going to get the marketplace that the ipod touch has.

nevermind i just heard that there making the iTunes marketplace store for the iPhone.

Whoa! That's crazy. I think the main reason most people would get the iPod touch as opposed to the iPhone is if they don't feel like spending additional money via a 2 year service agreement. That's an additional $40 a month basically that a lot of people aren't willing to spend. So to answer the question, it's certainly marketed towards a different set of people. They just have to now decide if they want the features of the phone as well.
