Is there an app in Cydia that lets you view the folders on your iPhone

Hello everyone,
Just wondering if there is an application on Cydia or somewhere else that lets you view the folders on your iPhone? For example, I have cycorder installed and would like to view the video I record (other than through cycorder). Is there a way other than having to use your computer through ssh or some other computer based program?
