The new iTunes 7.3 sports a slightly tweaked look, that you'll notice when looking at the menu on the left side. They have also fixed the blurry coverflow bars that some users have experiences as well as blurry text that mac users sometimes experienced.
Of course, in the Preferences pane, a tab was added for iPhone.It including a checked option to disable automatic updates and to remove previously saved backups of your iPhone.
