I downloaded the latest version of iTunes yesterday and today, I already have to download an even newer version: 7.4.1.... Couldn't you have waited one more day Mr. Apple before releasing the yesterday's version?

The "free ringtone hack" doesn't work anymore!

If you want to enjoy free ringtones, DO NOT download the latest iTunes version (7.4.1)!

Just downloaded it too, didn't even read about the added functions or anything!

Man this sucks...was waiting for them to plug the hole but this is so quick it's downright scary.

I bet 7.4.1 becomes the minimum version for upgrading firmware from now on... fxxxers!

As i said in another post, Apple and Jobs have shown us their real face this week. They obviously don't care about their customers and try to get as much $$$ out of us as they can. This is scandalous and makes me wanna puke.
I think Jobs is so into himself that he smells his own farts!

Side story: one of my friends grew up in Jobs' neighborhood. He said that every year for Halloween, Jobs was shutting down all the lights pretending he was not there while all neighbors (obviously rich neighbors) would leave candies at the gate or would have someone open the door to the kids. What kind of man does this?

What software are you using to add your ringtones? Others have complained about this in version 7.4. Some of the software stores the ringtones in different directories. I have not had an issue with my own ringtones. I use ibrickr on the PC and it stores the ringtones in /var/root/Library/Ringtones. This seems to be ok.

So as long as I don't update I can keep making free ringtones. and then when I am done making all the ones I want... Just uncheck them, update, and they will still be there. but I wont be able to make any more for free?
