I just noticed that you can pay for your iTunes with PayPal now! When did they implement this payment method?

I love it because I always have cash sitting around in my paypal account and when I spend it, I don't feel like I;m spending real money so I can go crazy and not feel so bad about having spent so much! Well then again maybe this is a bad thing ;)

It's a nice start for all iTunes lovers. I feel this will really boost the iTunes sales as many of us have money sitting in Paypal account. And I won't feel the burden of spending real cash and burning hole in my pocket as long as I spend it through paypal.
In future if they start accepting other payment processors like E-Gold or Moneybookers it would be really great

I tried signing up for iTunes tonight & it went to Step 3, I clicked continue and did everything it told me. I got iTunes on my approved part of paypal and then it's like I couldn't finish signing up. I e-mailed iTunes but was wondering perhaps am I doing something wrong?

heh I did that too. You go through the process again and on the approval page (final step where you probably just closed the window like me), there's 1 more step in small print on that page. It's a link or something like that you have to click on.

Oh... That'll give me something to do with the money I have sitting there from random things I've sold over the years.

Maybe I'll actually buy stuff from iTunes. ;D

Yeah, my job pays the bills, but the extra $600 this next month is going to be hard to deal with. Not even counting what else I'm going to buy for it.
Noodles w/ an egg for the next month.
But it's all worth it.

iTunes accepting Paypal...

I find it's not just accepting it, it's DEMANDING it... I'm not sure how this happened (and I don't mind, so I haven't bothered to explore further), but somehow my iTunes just automatically switched from billing my Visa to billing my Visa via Paypal. I just suddenly started getting email receipts from Paypal when i downloaded music. The same thing happened to my husband, whose accounts are totally separate from mine for Paypal, credit card and iTunes. anyone else experienced this?

I really like the paypal option, it's quite convenient. I've used it since they first made it available. I make purchases from iTunes every few days and it's made the process faster for me.

I use paypal but I have to say it bit me in the ass around new years last year. I bought a album and went about my businesss as usual for a new years party checked my bank account when I came back and they had charged me over 70 times for the album which put my bank account in a big bind. I called everyone and of course Apple doesn't have a number to call iTunes but I finally got them some how and it took about a week or so to get all my money back.
