Okay so i bought some new songs and they were not syncing to my iPod they had little grey exclaimation marks against them i was going to try to fix ths problem today only to find when i brought up iTunes it had deleted all my new songs! I don't know how to get them back and they are not on my iPod, can someone please tell me how to get them back! I'm so annoyed with my iTunes and would like my songs back!

Everything you've ever purchased from iTunes can be downloaded a million times over, for free. You can see your purchase history by logging into iTunes.
Another option would be to launch iTunes, click Store then click Check for Available Downloads... it may prompt a download.

Erm, yes you can download them again. You've bought them, you don't have to re-buy them.

You click back on the song and re-download it. If you receive and invoice for them and Apple charges you twice, simply report it by pressing the 'Report a Problem' link within the invoice. It's that easy.
