Jailbroken iPhone not showing correct battery percentage?

Ya hi my name is Joe and I recently jailbroken my iPhone and I've noticed that the battery icon in the top right hand corner of the phone and on the lock screen are both saying that the phone is fully charged when it's not... Please help me I would greatly appreciate it

Connect your phone to your wall charger. Hard-reset the phone by holding down both the power and home buttons. Release both buttons when you see the White Apple logo. This should fix the problem.
