JB iPhone 4 back up

Where do you guys back up your JB apps before you update to 5.1 to JB once that one is released?

and would they be restored at that same point? meaning if I am on level 5 in a game, would it continue from that level after I JB to the new one and reinstall from my back up?

PKGBackup in Cydia. It's a paid app, but worth every cent if you have done a bit of modding and don't want to start from scratch.

As far as iTunes game info being saved, from my experience, it's game dependent. With iCloud backup, there are options to save info for each app.
That SHOULD save game data......

I have to agree, PKGBackup is the best way to go, and only costs $5 or something.
