Keyboard won't change?

I download few different keyboards and I go winterboard after it resprings it didn't change I'm on iPhone 4 running 4.3.2

I had the same problem, it's annoying. The only other way is to use iAccess.

Depends which keyboards you're trying to actually use. Custom keyboards stopped working in 3.x.

Currently, only iAcces and ColorKeyboard work to modify your keyboard layout.
