Kicked out from front of Apple store

Me and 3 other fans got kicked out from the front of the Apple store in Emeryville. Security guard said that Bay Street is private property and thereforee they would not allow people to camp out over night.

They open up the line at 6am tomorrow morning. So I guess I do get to sleep in my own bed tonight after all.

I'm telling ya they aren't playing around with campers. Non at either of my two At&t stores that will be selling iPhones tomorrow. Police cars in both lots preventing the campouts.

that sux man, we had couple cops drive by, and we actually talked to them and offered them some drinks, but they told us that they'll try to drive by as much as they can and they'll alert 3rd shift officers about this, so we're all safe, and no we haven't been kicked out lol, but iam in front of attingular store....we even have ropes set up for us

It's been pretty mellow down here in Walnut Creek. The cops and the Apple folks are cool with it. They've even given us water on and off during the day. Right now, I'm standing outside the store. It's almost 11:30 p.m. and they're still folks in there with an armed guard. So the sleepover thing is right.

The bad thing about waiting. Some punk kids pegged people in line with water balloons. We took their license plate numbers down and the police found them. Their parents forced them to apologize to us. haha. it's a happy little community up here.

Its been pretty nice down here at our Apple Store. The managers of the location that houses the Apple store let us know some fair rules and what to do / not to do. Its kinda hard finding a spot to go take a piss... But other than that, we found an outlet so free Wifi + charged laptop all night. Woohoo! Movies and EiP all night. Theres still a long way to go, and my butt is startin to hurt. haha
