Laptop failed, how do I transfer songs from my iPhone 4?

My laptop recently failed and had to restore back to "factory settings", in doing so i lost all my songs in my iTunes Library. Altho the songs are on my iPhone im having difficulty transfering back to the iTunes Library, and additionally if I was to transfer new songs that have been recently downloaded, Im under the impresssion that I will lose all the current songs that are on my iPhone. Is this correct?

I have tried downloading different programs (iPhone explorer - which gives me a "sucky dll error message) and also Disk Aid which limited me to only processing a 100 songs over.

Can anyone help or suggest any other solutions

Hi thanks for your reply, unfortunately its only a evaluation version and its only allowing me 3 downloads at a time, which may take a while considering got 400+ tracks to transfer! Thanks for the suggestion, any other ideas or software are most welcome

Thanks for your reply its recognising the tracks but keeps giving me a message saying "Ipod not fully supported iPhone database version57 not writable - All features are disabled " Thanks for the suggestion, any other suggestions are greatly welcome.
