Yeah. I'm getting one. I preordered when I first saw the Launch demo video. Pricey but worth it considering the level of protection.

I'm totally psyched about this case. I can't wait to get it. It looks to be even skinnier than the Otterbox Defender, which is mind-boggling considering the defender isn't any sort of waterproof. Though, does that mean it's not as drop-proof as the defender? Not a big deal. It seems to be drop-proof enough for my usage (falling out of my shirt pocket and sinking to the bottom of the lake 
kk) and the waterproofness is like having my cake and eating it too.
I will definitely give it a whirl, water and all. My only concerns are whether it can be made to float, and whether it loses its waterproofness with repeated removal. I frequently have to take my iPhone out of any sort of case in order to use it in testing at work (where I need flush access to the dock port).

I signed up for the pre order.... I wasn't aware that it was only going to ship in April though....I must have missed that part! Crap

Yesterday I posted on Their Facebook page how exited I was to receive their payment confirmation email... They replied with thank you, and they would send me email in April! I feel like a fool....I've been checking my email for them everyday since I preordered! Lol

I'm checking my email everyday also but what do you mean "payment confirmation" I haven't paid anything yet I got an email saying they'd contact me for billing and payment when the case is ready to order.

I do know what you mean... I had the same feeling from the MagellanGPS ToughCase, which is waterproof and has a built in battery and GPS chip. It was designed for the 3G/3GS/touch and came out right around the same time as the iPhone 4.
Luckily, though, the reason I want this case so badly is mainly so I can take great pictures out on the lake and not have to worry about getting it wet. The iPhone 4's camera is pretty damn good, and I doubt the iPhone 5 will get much of an improvement over that without getting thicker. (which is something I've been saying should happen anyway; moar battery!)
So, as long as it comes out at all, I'll be pretty happy. And I'll get my revenge on that lake that usurped my first iPhone 4 last year.
