I found this forum looking for a solution to my iPhone problem and wonder if anyone has had a similar experience. In my contacts, I lost the parenthesis signs, the "( )" before and after the area codes, and the hyphen, "-" that divides the first three numbers from the last four. Now the numbers appear as a continuous 10 number sequence. Because my eyesight is not good, I have a lot of difficulty trying to read the numbers on the screen. Dividing the numbers as the iPhone originally did, was very convenient for me. I need to reference the contacts frequently, to read the numbers, not necessarily to make a call. Any suggestions? Thanks.
