I'm looking to reset my customized carrier logo. I used MIM and now I no longer see it installed or in cydia. Am I missing it? and more importantly, how can I get the logo back to default (a wipe isn't an option right now).

I still see it both on my device and in Cydia. It is spelled without spaces, MakeItMine

Maybe you could try refreshing Cydia.
