Making Skype calls over 3G

If I use my Skype app on my iPhone 4 do I get charged anything extra if I call internationally over 3G?

You will be charged for data unless you have an unlimited plan. I'm not sure on Skype's rates at the moment, rarely use it.

I have unlimited. But it wasn't a skype to skype call. It was a iPhone skype app international landline call over 3G. I just lose my skype credits right? At&t wont charge me anything extra?

You're still using data, though. But since it's unlimited you have nothing to worry about apart from your Skype credit

AT&T wont charge you anything else.
