Map scrolling when using GPS?

I know I read somewhere that it is possible for the google map to scroll as I drive so I don't have to constantly flick the map, but I don't remember how.

Anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

Just click the locater again in the left hand corner and don't manually scroll the page. When you need to manually scroll to look ahead to find an upcoming turn go ahead but click the locater and it will find and auto-track you again.

It'll automatically do that if you select the locate me button, and its high-lighted in blue. When you drive, it'll keep moving on its own.

Excellent! I knew it was pretty easy, I just couldn't remember how last night while I was using it.

Yeah MST is an hour ahead of PST. hehe

I also found that if you zoom in closer than what the map defaults too, it does not like to track even when the button is blue.

Correct. Once you zoom or scroll it disables auto-tracking.
