iPhone 6s Mirror iPhone to iPad

I have tried to search around the web a bit, but haven’t really figured out how to "mirror" your screen on the iPhone to my slightly larger iPad.
Got the latest iOS 14.4 on iPhone, but only iOS 9.3.5 on a slightly older iPad.

Is it possible to mirror the screen of iPhone to the bigger screen on the iPad with e.g. AirPlay?
If so, what do I do it?

Is there any good app to download that helps?

Tried a bit on those apps but did not find a way to get the iPhone screen on my iPad.

I really want to be able to see my iPhone screen on the iPad when I’m "bluetooth biking."
Because the screen on the iPad is much bigger than the iphone’s and more fun and easy to look at!

Isn’t it possible to “send” your iPhone screen to be viewed on an iPad instead!
