hey guys is this a good app? like is it like apps in other phones where it feels like it was made for the phone, is it always online or does it disconnect when you do other stuff like the web app versions.? how is it?

wow appolo is amazing, you actually get sound AND vibrate alerts, its just like a real aim app in any other phone, this is truly amazing, so now i ask what is the need for any Apple updates when all this is avaliable, i got everything i wanted , i just wanted aim to work without web apps and now it does, i love modding iPhone 
so ive been using appolo it freezes my phone a lot, so iam goign to wait for some updates for it.
im using mobile chat .. it is cool but there are soem tings that i don't like..i want it to alret me like when i get a sms i want it to pop up when in not inthe program and it is not.. another thing is that there is only one line to text so passed the second line you cannot see what you are typing....

Is apollo SMS based, or data... I'd like to find one that's data, but I don't know if that's a possibility yet.Check out Apollo Instant Messenger.
It's probably the best one.
Oh yeah, they both got wacky icons, i've got a thread here a couple pages back with some different icons i made like this one if you feel like replacing them:
Just give MobileChat a shot. Trust me you will not regret it. Much better then Apollo in my opinion.
They are working on a new version that will have that out within the next 3 days. They are also setting it up where you can save multiple screen names and save which ones you want to sign in on.
