Modding problem! HELPP

Well, i have a problem with my homescreen icons!
I used the Gunmetal_REMASTERED icon set!
Everything looks great except for the phone icon. the phone icon is correct but behind the icon is another icon which is the youtube icon! so basically my phone has put 2 icons in one place!
Ive tried several times putting other icons in its place but nothing seems to work!
Any ideas on how to delete the youtube icon behind the phone icon?

I used iPhoneinterface to do it but I have manzana!

try using manzana and if that doesn't try to do a restore and then use manzana again

Make sure you delete the stock image and THEN upload the new image from the theme. Also, don't forget to delete to stock DisplayOrder.plist and then upload the custom DisplayOrder.plist [because I think the Gunmetal themes rearrange the icons for a certain effect].

Where do i find the stock display order to delete it? or do i have to make a folder for it?

Ok, i replaced the display order and it moved my icons around but theres still a YouTube icon behind the ipod!
Any more ideas?
