my iPhone 4 issues

Guys I have following two issues in my iPhone 4. Currently I am on 4.3.3 [8J2] jailbroken.

1. My iPhone came with 4.3.2 and I updated & JB'ed. My facetime is struck at "Waiting for activation" I have not installed any app related to Facetime. I have even tried this - http://www.tipb.com/2010/08/02/fix-facetime-waiting-activation-error-iphone-4/ but still no luck. I am using factory unlocked device and the carrier is not officially supported by Apple. [FYI I am from India.]

2. My autolock isn't working all of a sudden. I have not installed any app today. I resprang, rebooted many times and even did hard power off. No luck

All I can suggest really is to go to Apple store, but they will not do anything most likely since it is JB'ed.

Restore and re-jailbreak is my only suggestion. (btw, you do know that Facetime only works over Wifi, and the other person has to be on wifi too, right?)
What firmware did you upgrade to?
