i don't know why but my iPhone is acting a bit weird. it wont slide to unlock somtimes and when i put in my passcode it'll take like 3 seconds to react or maybe a little longer and if i click the sleep button on the top it like wont make the noise till like a few seconds after. this has happened to me before and i am wondering if anybody else's iPhone are doing the same thing or if it is just mine. it keeps doing it right now. it is like if it freezes or something, like with a computer.

Have you tried doing something as simple as a quick restart? My iPhone was acting quirky like that yesterday (don't remember what it was actually doing, sorry) and I did a re-start/re-boot and it works fine now...sorry for the simple solution but sometimes thats all it takes! Have you modded it at all?

How much free space do you have left? If you have the iPhone nearly filled up, it can get a little wonky.

I beieve you hold the sleep button for a few seconds till the slide to power off swtich comes on, then power off and then turn the iPhone back on by pressing the same button.

a better restart used on peoples iPhone whose slider is broken is to hold the both the home button as well as the sleep button until the Apple logo appears, thereforee even if the screen is frozen it still resets.

Since the update of 1.0.1 I noticed that with the pass code lock it doesn't make the typing sounds on the password when its set to the new times (e.g 5,10, whatever minutes) anyone else have this problem?
Not here.. My passcode lock is set to 15 minutes (newly added option) and I get typing clicks when I enter it.

I've been trying to determine if anyone else'w iPhone has been acting strangely since the update. Mine has been acting up since the. I don't use that lock, but I have definitely found some increased freezing and strange activity.

Top this oddity...my phones sounds...every single sound...stopped the day after the update. The sounds stopped for an hour..nothing fixed it...restore,,,nothing...then as I was about to go out to the Apple store....ring ring...and the phone worked...really really odd.

Keyboard Acting up

After the update my iPhone is really acting strange. I barely could restart this morning because I could not move the slider all of the way acrossed the screen. I finally got it to go which solved the majority of the problems. The problem I am still having after like three restarts is that when I try to use the keyboard with safari longways (landscape) T,F and C do not work. I am wondering if this is a software problem or if I need to take it back.
