My latest downloaded book on iBooks shuts down the app

My latest downloaded book on IBooks shuts down the app the moment I touch it. I have tried re-installing then re-booting but it hasn't worked. Any ideas please?

Unfortunately, this is a common problem with iBooks. I tried everything I could think of one night and nothing worked. I deleted and downloaded the book and the app several times and then gave up. The next day, I tried downloading the book at home on my own network and it worked fine. I've reinstalled it on a different phone since then and it works fine.
