Need Help transferring music

I recently bought a new Macbook, but my iPhone was already sync'd with my old PC. My old PC crashed so i don't have access to my old music library.
I tried syncing my iPhone to the new mac, but when i try a message appears that reads: all my music on iPhone will be replaced with new library. there is nothing on my new library, all i have is on my phone. How do i keep my library from my phone?

Unfortunately it will wipe it out.
There may be other ways to do it, but I took the hard drive out of my old computer and placed it in an enclosure. I mounted it to my new computer and I was able to copy the music from old hard drive to new computer. I was able to copy apps an videos as well.

If you hard drive died then you may be out of luck.

There are numerous 3rd party programs that will let you transfer music from iPhone to Mac. Google around.
