This thing ROCKS! It's no wonder all of the "nay-sayers" are having to back off of the "awkward keyboard function" comments.

:)

Remember a couple of weeks ago when I made the post about the guy who claimed to have used a field testers iPhone while in a restaurant. He mentioned the fact about the magnifying glass used for text correction. That feature had never been revealed. Apparently that guy was legit.... That video maked me feel very good about the keyboard...

The keyboard demo was very persuasive. I like all the feature Apple has put into it and hope it's a good as it looks :)

If only it vibrated everytime you pressed a letter. That would be so much easier.
i don't see how, without the actual feeling of the edges of each button like a physical keyboard, you won't know whether the vibration was because you pressed E or R.

I've never doubted the touchscreen keyboard, once...and after watching the demo i'm a full convert. The smart software is what makes this thing truly user friendly.

wow...i just watched the video. watch at the 4:54 mark where he types the word RESERVATION...but he actually typed REAEERVADION (something really wrong) and the iPhone fixed it automatically. very impressive

What is it with all these people posting old news. A quick scan of the forums would reveal a plethora of previously posted threads with the same information. (Alliteration ftw)

Sorry, I did a quick scan of the first 3 pages and didn't see it in subject - after your post I went 4 deep and realized it had been posted. My bad :(
