Yeah, its steep but I am sure third parties will be able to undercut that significantly. But seriously how often do you think you will need to replace your battery? When was the last time you replaced your iPod battery? If my battery lasts two years I will be happy. I'll be buying a new iPhone by then anyway probably version 4.0. WooHoo!
