What do you mean? The iTunes store is online. You get there by downloading iTunes to your computer and registering an active email address. I would think it's available worldwide.

Sometimes in iTunes I get a message that says, we're sorry, iTunes store is not available in your country, something like that.

another question----

i'm trying to open a iTunes account, and it asks me to enter a credit card. I'm going to be charged?

no you're not gonna be charged until you buy something. its just for the validation process.

I guess it could be different in a different country, but isn't PR a US territory?

With today's activation on iTunes news, I think we can all agree that iTunes discussion and iPhone discussion goes hand in hand.
Agreed. Most ppl in here are pretty "Pro" to every Apple device, anyway, and wouldn't mind talking about any of their other devices, and some threads have.
