no you're not gonna be charged until you buy something. its just for the validation process.Sometimes in iTunes I get a message that says, we're sorry, iTunes store is not available in your country, something like that.

Strange. I thought US territories had all the same laws. Maybe not.We are US territory but Apple don't treat us like so...
