Is there an app similar to the Cydia tweak iFile in the App Store?

You won't find any app on the App Store like Cydia's iFile. This is because you don't have root access to a stock iDevice.

Thanks! But, the reviews are not that good, so I don't think I want to trial a $1.99 app. I'll wait for the un-tethered jailbreak.

Yes, but it's pretty worthless. You need to jailbreak to use the "real" iFile, which isn't available in the App Store.

Umm. I just answered the question. I explained that file system access is very limited with it is since you need to jailbreak to gain full access to the file system. I wouldn't call it a recommendation, if that's what you thought I was doing.
