Not even a hotspot anywhere ?

My sons 5 no hotspot button at all and my hubby's 4s either
I called At&T they took me to Apple they were confused and no help
I restores 4s and got a greyed out hotspot (non functioning)
I restored 5 still no hot spot
What is going on with my phones ?

I saw a YouTube video showing that on the 5 the hotspot has to be turned on. ? Settings,general, cellular

The 4S is mad you got the 5 and the 5 is mad you still have the 4.

LOL I got lucky and had just seen the video But not bad since I don't have iOS 6 or an iPhone 5 hahaha

Had the call a lot on Friday. Glad Scott pointed you in the right direction. I found it using google. Don't know why they moved it but they did.

Muckcityjustin AT&T still has to turn them on
we switched the plan for FT and hotspots
got an appointment with a Genius tomorrow to get my battery checked out
I just want things to run as they are supose to. Afterall I pay for it
