Not receiving email

Not getting my emails until I reset my phone. I've got the setting for it to push them every hour and not getting them. Anyone got any ideas?

I have noticed with ios5 that email push has not been as good with ios4. I leave email app in the taskbar. Seems to help some. Also click on your email every now and then. Makes it look for emails. Helps.
