iPhone 6s Not seen in iTunes

When i open iTunes , my new iPhone 6s plus is not visible in iTunes .
Any suggestiones ??

Sounds like it is not only me who has this problem. I've been told there is a gate/port in Windows 10 that needs to be open. And i don't know which one it is...... So anyone ????
