Notification/Banner issue after 5.1.1 JB

I have iPhone 4S running 5.1.1 untethered JB and everything is working except notifications. you know when you get an email, text it will flash a banner on the screen you can either swipe to read or let it be and it disappears.....

worked great when i was on 5.0.1 JB, but stopped after 5.1.1

I set up as new phone too,

anyone else experience this? or any idea how to fix?

i check SBSETTINGS, and lockinfo but can't seem to find it to fix it.

I'm having an issue with iPhone 4 even Pushing my mail to my iPhone.

You said you checked SBSettings. Did you check the Notifications and what apps are there?

What exactly is it doing, I couldn't tell from the OP. For me, it's sporadic - some times I can swipe and get the quickreply to come up, but some times when I swipe, it thinks for a second and then just slides back to the left. Usually right after that when I unlock my phone I get a springboard crash.

that was it.......thought I had in the Notifications, but it wasn't..............all working now
