Restart your computer if 3.1 isn't available yet.

I'm dl'ing 3.1 and iTunes 9 right now.
installing 3.1 before updating to 9 though (I'll re-jailbreak next week)

Hey V did you see the Cydia thread on the modifications forum? Their timing seems strange with 3.1 coming out. I'm not sure of their process but it has to be from a web site since a stock phone can't download Cydia.

I'm wondering should I do the Cydia backup file now or should I wait till after I'm on 3.1? Can I even do it if I'm not jailbroken?

Do it before you update to 3.1 to be safe.

YOU GUYS ROCK! OMG! I am so happy I found this forum! You guys are keeping me updated as I sit here at work FREEZING MY ASS OFF! It's cold for spite around here is all. There is no reason for the temperature to be so low! It's about 62 to 65 in here now.

Installing iTunes now! I'll probably wait until 3.1 is Jailbroken. What's new with 3.1 anyway?

I am downloading both iTunes 9 and 3.1

iTunes 9 you have to get from the website... It's going very slow though.. 11.3 KB/sec on iTunes 9 for some reason.. 25 minutes left on 3.1 too...

Guess i just gottta wait!

hmm.. just restarted my iTunes download and now its moving pretty fast.. 3.1 is down to 10 minutes now after a restart... weird is the word.

Just go to Apple.com and then hit iPod + iTunes. It is there.
