Yes, I am using the Apple iPhone bluetooth headset. I see the same thing as you, with the little spinning "dial". I watched that for a few minutes, then decided just to attempt making a call to see what happened with my bluetooth. I first shut off the bluetooth (push and hold the top button until you hear the downward tones, then push and hold again until you hear the upward tones). Then, I merely made a call, and as it was ringing, I pushed the top button briefly, just until I heard the one short beep. It changed from "speaker" to "audio" as usual, and automatically went to "bluetooth".
That's a negative for me! When the dial spins if you exit out (press general tab) it automatically goes back to off state. I cannot make a call w/bt.
I'm pissed now!

Is anyone else not able to update? I just keep getting the "This version of the iPhone software (1.0.2) is the current version." message. I must have clicked that check for update button about fifty times.

This is exactly like the DTV H and HU card days. They would send out an update, then every one would have to wait for the 'hackers' to release and update to the update.

The main difference was hacking DTV is illegal in the US. But unlocking your own phone is not.

Thanks a ton for this info. This alone is going to make me wait until I have far more information on this update to see if I will even do it. Right now it is a firm no. =)
Me too. It is not worth it to upgrade and lose my custom ringtones. The songs I want you cannot buy as ringtones from iTunes. They need to make more songs avail. as ringtones. I am staying with 7.4.0 and 1.0.2 for as long as needed.

Well I'm in the process of updating now. I guess if I loose my installed apps, I'm going to pass on re-installing them if/when that becomes possible. The only app I was using was Summerboard. It sounds like Apple is really serious about not wanting users to install mods and stuff.
