over heating battery

my iPhone 4s is over heating when im dowloading application, whats wrong, could someone help me?

It's normal for it to get hot while downloading apps. The general rule of thumb is that it's not a problem unless it so hot that it uncomfortable to hold.

Thanku europa, but i go to the shop and they exchange for the new one. But it happened again, well i guess almost iPhone 4s white like this.
