Pandora offer unlimited skips?

If you pay the 1.99 premium every month does that give you unlimited skips. (I know about the jb tweak asking about stock)
Also how much data (non wifi) does say an hour use? Someone has to know that

I can tell you that it does NOT give you unlimited skips. You only get so many an hour. I forgot how many. I actually use Slacker Radio. $3.99 a month gives you unlimited skips and station caching. Slacker gives you more control over your station fine tuning as well.

I heard the unlimited skips too, but after looking at it, it doesn't mention that on the app so I'm not sure.
