Personal hotspot only working with some laptops?

i mean to say when i connect personal hotspot to my laptop through wifi it s not getting connected its showing unidentified network is it available to specific laptops only?
It sounds like you're going about it the wrong way. Are you searching for your iPhone's Wi-Fi hotspot through your laptop's settings? Your iPhone's hotspot network should be easily identified as "Sravanikishore's iPhone" (or however you have named your iPhone). You would then need to enter the Wi-Fi password shown on your iPhone to get your laptop to connect to its network.
So, you're 100% positive that you're choosing to connect to the Wi-Fi network named "Sravanikishore's iPhone" on your laptop? But after you connect, the network name shows as "unidentified network"? If that's the case, it's likely a problem with your laptop and not your iPhone and it's not one I've heard of. As far as I know, the iPhone has no specific restrictions on laptop makes or models when it comes to its Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity. If you're using a Windows-based laptop, you may wish to seek help in a Windows-oriented forum.
