Phantom alerts

So this is probably going to sound crazy, but I can't for the life of me figure it out. Maybe someone else can help.

For the last few days I've been getting this alert style tone with no pop up notification. Just a soft chime that I can almost barely hear but I have no clue what it's coming from.

Anyone ever have this problem?

Any apps that have an alert or reminder tone?
I had one that I didn't realize and it drove me nuts. Lol

Try going through your notification list and see if there is anything in there that you don't recognize and see what's enabled. You'll probably find there is an app with some notification setting of only tones.

Thanks guys! Searched my notifications, new and recently updated apps, and it appears my updated Xfinity (formally Comcast) app is the culprit. The new app includes your email and it chimes whenever you get a new message. Thanks for the suggestions!

Haha ditto! But mine went off at 2:37 am every night!
