Phone numbers

My dad just recently got the iPhone 4 and he wants the numbers from his Nokia 3720c on to his iPhone is there any possible way that I can do this or do I have to write the numbers one by one? Thanks in advanced for any help.

Most carriers will transfer stuff off a sim cars / phone for you. At least AT&T did that for me when I got my iPhone. Might be worth giving it a shot.
