Photo Tab iTunes Crash

I apologize in advance for explaining this badly but:
My old computer won't run iTunes any more, and my new one...when I go to sync my photos and click on the photos tab, iTunes crashes. I'm pretty sure it's because the pictures that are already synced onto my iPhone are from my old computer (they're saved to my new one, too, though) and it would probably fix if I could delete the synced photos from my phone, but I don't think there's a way to do that.

Is there a way to fix this without restoring the iPhone (iPhone 4)

Try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes.

Do you have any videos that aren't in an iphone-friendly format in the folder? Delete them as well as the iPod Photo Cache folder and then reboot.

I don't understand what you're saying...
The sync button isn't checked under the tab. There's no folders to sync. And everything on my iPhone already is iPhone friendly, I'm assuming.

Did you delete the iPod Photo Cache folder and reboot?

Where is that? I see a cache folder under album artwork, but that's the only one.
