Same feeling I had with the RAZR and KRZR I have had. I got the phones for their slim-factor and I don't want to bulk it up. My pocket is plenty safe.

It's likely to be a just a small slip pouch like the one that comes with the iPod.

I am sure it will be that same kind of pouch that comes with the ipod. I will most likely get the silicone case

I'm just speculating on the slip pouch. I think 1) Apple doesn't want to add any cost to the iPhone they don't absolutely have to, and 2) They don't want to upset secondary market for no particular gain.
