Please help: Red Carbon theme using iPhoneinterface but nothing happens

I want to use the theme Red Carbon but when i replace the *.png files nothing seems to be happening.

Here are the steps:

I'm using iPhoneinterface, get into the root dir, cd to the appropriate folder, putfile according to instructions, replace Service.plist and exit, power down, iPhone and power up - but nothing happens. The original icons are there.

Am i doing something wrong?

I had the same problem because I was doing a putfile without the ENTIRE directory name. I was just doing "Putfile filename" in stead of "Putfile /directory/filename" I bet this will fix your problem.

That was exactly the problem

Now I gotta delete all the PNG laying in the root dir LOL
