Looks like the 'wireless available' icon to me.

first word to me looks like PUSH I inverted the colors and it is slightly easier to read.

It is Podcasts. The icon matches the Podcasts icon in iTunes. It looks to be just your standard list of podcasts like you have on the iPod, along with Albums, Playlists, and Videos (the other icons).

You're right it sure is the same icon from iTunes.
