Polishing cloth?

I'm not seeing a polishing cloth in any of the photos posted so far.

Does it come with one?

Yes it did! it's blackish-gray and made of quality fabric.

Edit. Yes it is. It's in the black cardboard separator that divided the phone from the cables, charger, and headset.

Someone wash their black cloth and tell me if it ruins it or not.

An eyeglasses cleaning cloth would be just as good. I'm sure you could find one at any Target or Wal*Mart store in the glasses section. I use the bag my Oakleys came in.

I put mine through the washing machine because it was getting "fuzzy"

Mine is still in the box. It'll stay there nice and new just like the Apple logos it was packaged with.
