Logout of the iCafe app, remove it from the multitasking bar and delete the app. Hard-reset your phone/device and reinstall the app and try again.

Yes, the emoji is the cause. The newer software for
The forum doesn't like them at all for some reason. I used one as a test and replicated your error message, just to be sure.
