I tried to do download the update and got a bunch of error messages in the process then my phone went into recovery mode. I now can't get it out of recovery mode. iTunes is telling me to restore. I don't want to restore because I modded my phone. I just wanted to download the latest update. Is there any way around this or do I have to restore? Thx

yes i just tried updating past 1.0.2 after modding my iPhone
looks like the 5 hours i spent (from 12-5am) last night going mod crazy was entirely wasted....
