my phone doesn't work unless I'm using speakphone. It calls and receives calls but I can't hear the person I'm talking to and they can't hear me unless I use the speakerphone, this just recently happened on Saturday after it had been working fine that morning. I tried restoring it but it did nothing. Has anyone had the same problem?

yes actually, and you are a life saver I thought I was screwed because I took it to Apple and they had no idea. From now on I'm going to post my problems on here before going to Apple.
I'm having the same problem and still the sound coming from the "ear section," not the earplugs is very low, even when turned up all the way. Am I stuck using the ear-buds or wimpy speaker phone?
