I'll be darn! Thanks for the correction E!Actually, there a quite a few in the App Store. Of course, the jailbreak ones are faster and allow for more user control, but these get the job done. Here are some before and after screenshots I just took. You press the circular arrows to free memory on this particular app. You'll get similar results with rebooting, but some people prefer an app.

I had that one but I like Sys Activity Manager Plus better. I took PKiller off my iPhone.
+1. I use this one too. It's simple and effective for what I need it for.I use System Status to free memory and to monitor all kinds of processes. A light (free) version is also available. Keep in mind, these apps don't remove the apps from the multitask bar like the JB tweaks did.
