The cloth is nice but basically eventually we will be rubbing oil around on the screen from our fingerprints and where our ears have been on the phone. Since the screen is glass based, would windex be ideal (i know its not good for lcd). Or what solution (if any) are you guys/gals using?

probably would not use windex even thought you probably could. I would probably use some eye glass cleaner like you get in that little spray bottle. Or just go get some monitor spray cleaner(which is probably the same thing) to use.

I am going to use eye cleaner i guess. I am pretty finicky about my tech products so maybe I am just not happy with just wiping it with the cloth. It does wipe away the finger prints but it leaves a fine film like coating over the screen. Its the residue from the grease/oil that exists. Basically when you wipe finger prints away it is going to glide with the iPhone over the screen because of its viscosity.

Unless your excreting pig fat out of your face it should work. You just have to give it some elbow...grease.
