Question About Cydia Purchases

I just jailbroke my iPod touch 4g with redsn0w. Everything worked out perfectly and now, to go on to
"AccountManagement" it makes me login to a Rock account, what is a rock Account? Do I need one? How do I make one? There is two options, Facebook and Google... I have tried both, it makes me do
"Installable Purchases" and I don't know what to do then

Have you ever made purchases in Cydia before? If so, did you use your Facebook or Google login? You have to choose one. If you haven't ever made any purchases, just set it up with either Facebook or Google and you can start making purchases. Rock is an old installer that died out years ago. Just make purchases through Cydia now.

Any one knows the answer to my dilemma...?
I have recently started using 2 stage verification for my Google email account and PayPal account....now finding it impossible to buy from the Cydia store....am I missing something...? The main problem is with the PayPal account, as I can't get a verification sms code to be sent..?

Fixed it...now paying for Cydia apps/tweaks via PayPal's phone and pin option.
