Question about Verizon iPhone 5

I am due for my upgrade but they won't let me bill it to my account because they say its still pre-order even thow it ships the same day I can't buy it till I sell my iPhone 4 does any one have any idea when it will not be preorder? I need to do it quick should I just get the 4s?

I know with sprint you can't bill to the account for any equipment purchase. Ever. Regardless of what you are ordering.

I have always billed it to my account but because it's not Verizon sending the phone there sending them from Apple still they won't let me boohoo. I can bill any phone except the iPhone 5. They tried to talk me into everything
